The 20-minute call · no pitch · no calendar

Book the 20-minute call.

Booking the 20-minute call takes one form and no calendar. Tell us the business and the best time to reach you; a person calls you back to put a time in — or simply has the conversation right then. The call itself: 20 minutes, your numbers, no pitch and no deck.

Straight to the form ↓

Or skip the form — call +1 (202) 600-6027 and have the conversation now. A person answers.

The structure

What happens on the 20-minute call.

This is not a sales call, and nobody will pitch you. The only outcome we are aiming for is that you leave with clarity — on your business, and on whether we are the right next step.

  1. 01

    You talk first.

What the business is, how long you have run it, what has been on your mind. We listen before we count anything.

  2. 02

We ask where money leaves after first contact.

What happens to a lead that arrives at 9pm on a Saturday. Who chases a quote that goes quiet. How many customers have not been back in 90 days.

  3. 03

    We do rough math together.

Your figures, not ours. If you used the Leak Calculator first, we walk through your number line by line and tell you whether it would survive contact with your real records.

Haven’t run your number yet? The Leak Calculator takes about ninety seconds, and the call is better with it on the table.

The questions

Four questions we will ask. Printed here so nothing surprises you.

  • 01

When a new lead comes in — say on a Saturday evening — what happens?

  • 02

Do you know how many customers have not been back in the last 90 days?

  • 03

What happens to a quote that does not convert — does anyone chase it?

  • 04

What is the one thing you keep saying you will fix and have not?

Estimates are fine on all four. The call is not a test — it exists to find out whether the arithmetic is worth running on your business at all.

How it ends

Every call ends one of three ways. We say which one out loud.

  • It is a fit.

We say so and book the Review — the price you already saw on this site. Nothing changes on the phone.

  • You do not need us yet.

We tell you exactly what would change that, and where to start on your own. A “not yet” costs you nothing.

  • We are not the right firm.

We say so, and we point you somewhere better. That sentence gets said to your face, not implied by silence.

We do not take on engagements we do not believe will pay for themselves. If your numbers say the Review is not worth $4,500 in your business, we will tell you that on the call and you keep the free tools. We would rather lose the sale than the arithmetic.

What we will never do

No deck, no ambush, no chase.

  • No deck. Nobody shares a screen at you. The call is a conversation with a notepad, not a presentation.

  • No surprise proposal. Nothing lands in your inbox afterwards unless you asked for it on the call.

  • No pressure cadence. If the answer is no, the chase stops after three follow-ups at most. After that, the most you will ever get from us is the occasional piece of writing — and one line asking us to stop ends even that.

  • No price games. The price is printed on this site before you ever pick up the phone, and it is the same for everyone.

Book it

One form. Then a phone call, not an email thread.

We don’t use a booking calendar. Send this and we call you back inside the window below to put a time in — or, if the moment suits you, we simply have the conversation then and there.

We call web forms back the same business day.

We use this to call you back about your inquiry. We do not sell or share it, and one line asking us to stop is enough.

20 minutes, no pitch. If Lumina isn’t the right answer for where you are, we’ll say so on the call.

“Not yet” is a real outcome here, and we will say it to your face. If the timing or the foundation is not right, we will tell you what would change that, send you the one thing we would fix first if we were you — not a pitch, just what we actually think — and stay in touch. We would rather be right in six months than paid this week.
