The Revenue Review · fixed fee · two weeks

Two weeks. Your numbers. A decision you can defend.

The Revenue Review finds where revenue leaves your business after first contact and prices it from your own records — then tells you what to fix first, in what order, and what each fix is worth. You are not buying a build. You are buying the decision.

Or call +1 (202) 600-6027 — a person answers.

What you get

Nine documents. Named before you pay a dollar.

01

The executive report

The whole finding in writing — short enough to read in one sitting, specific enough to act on without us.

02

The leak, priced

What the inquiries nobody followed up were worth, line by line, computed from your own records.

03

The constraint map

The one place where fixing things first actually moves revenue — and the places where it only feels like it would.

04

Your six scores

The Operating Scorecard scored across all six dimensions, with the evidence behind each score.

05

The customer journey, mapped

Every step from first contact to paid, with the drop-off measured at each one.

06

The opportunity list, ranked

Each fix with its size, cost and order — so the argument about what to do first is over.

07

The automation verdict

What is worth automating, what is not, and what should stay a human being. If the answer is “no software”, it says so.

08

The 90-day plan

Sequenced and costed, written to be run by your own team — or anyone else you hire.

09

Where to put the next dollar

Investment priorities in plain terms: what to spend on, what to skip, what to defer a quarter.

Written findings, not a slide deck — with the figure, the evidence, and the ordered list of what to fix first.

How the two weeks run

A schedule, not good intentions.

Week one

A working session on how the business actually runs: operations, customer base, and eight baseline numbers — estimates are fine; the Review replaces estimates with counts. Before the second session we take read-only access to your CRM or booking system and the last twelve months of records. Then we read: the leak gets quantified from your own data, the customer journey mapped against it.

Week two

A deep dive — up to three short team interviews, the Operating Scorecard scored across all six dimensions — then the readout — the working session where we walk you through the finding: nine documents, a 90-day plan, what to fix first and why.

After every working session, a written summary lands the same day: what we heard, the numbers we set, what we look at next. It is a paper trail — if expectations ever drift, the record does not.

One thing we will ask of you: tell your team we are coming. Reviews hit resistance when nobody told the staff why an outsider is reading the workflow — so before we interview anyone, we will ask you to brief them.

What it costs

One price. Printed, because we charge everyone the same.

$4,500

Fixed fee, not hourly. $2,250 to begin, the balance when you get the report.

The report is yours outright. Take it to your own team, another firm, or us — $4,500 buys the finding, not an obligation to buy the fix. You leave with the figure, the report, and the fix list whether you ever hire us again or not.

Some firms will audit you free. You are not the free audit’s customer — the build proposal is. You are this report’s only customer, which is why it has a price, and why it is written to be used without us.

The cost of knowing where the money leaves is lower than the cost of guessing.

What we need from you

Read access, one contact, and honest replies.

  • Read access to whatever touches an inquiry — phone system, shared inbox, CRM or booking tool. We confirm the exact list on the first call.
  • One point of contact who can answer questions.
  • Approval of anything that would ever be sent in your name.
  • A few hours of your side’s time in week one, and replies within 48 hours — that is what keeps two weeks at two weeks.

Read access only — we change nothing. Without your data this would be an opinion, not an analysis, and we do not sell opinions. If access cannot happen, the Review pauses until it can.

We sign an NDA before you send anything.

Who this is not for

We would rather say it here than on the call.

The Revenue Review is built for companies doing $1M a year and up — and the arithmetic gets genuinely interesting between $5M and $100M, where a silent leak is a payroll, not an annoyance.

  • You have been operating less than a year, or are pre-revenue.

  • You get only a handful of inbound inquiries a month — not enough data to price the leak honestly.

  • The person who would decide will not be in the room.

  • You have already chosen a tool and want someone to install it. That is a build brief, not a review.

  • You will not share the records the arithmetic is computed from.

A customer database of at least a few hundred records — even a messy one — is where the arithmetic starts working. Below that, the Leak Calculator and the Operating Scorecard are free. Start there.

Asked on almost every call

The three questions everyone asks.

Can I pay in parts?
Yes: $2,250 to begin, $2,250 on delivery of the report. That is a payment structure, not a discount. The price is $4,500 for everyone — we do not negotiate it and we do not run promotions, because a firm that discounts its own diagnosis is telling you what it thinks the diagnosis is worth.
How is this different from hiring a consultant?
A typical consulting engagement is open-ended by design: a rate, a retainer, a scope that grows. The Revenue Review is the opposite on every axis — $4,500 flat, two weeks, nine documents named before you pay a dollar, and a defined end. When it is done, it is done. Nothing to cancel, no dependency on us afterwards.
What is the ROI?
That is what the Review is built to answer — for your operation, not an average one. We will not recommend building anything until we have shown you where the money leaves and what it is costing you, in your own figures.

The next step

Start with the 20-minute call. Decide after the number.

Your figures, no deck, and a straight answer — including “the review is premature”, if that is the truth. We will tell you, and stop.
