Privacy Policy
This page says what this site collects about you, where it goes, who processes it, and how to make us delete it. It is written to be read, not skimmed past — it is short because the honest answer is short.
What we collect
Three sources. Nothing hidden in any of them.
The contact form
When you submit the form, we receive what you typed: your name, phone number and email address, and — if you filled them in — your company name and your message. We also record that you ticked the consent box, and when. We collect this for one reason: so a person can call or email you back about your inquiry.
The Leak Calculator
The calculator does its arithmetic in your browser. The numbers you type into it do not reach us unless you choose to send your figures along with the form — in which case they arrive attached to your inquiry, so the conversation can start from your number instead of from zero.
The traffic every website sees
Like any website, this one is delivered by a host that processes the technical data needed to serve a page and keep the site up — your IP address and the page you requested. That data is used for delivery and security, not for building a profile of you.
Where it goes
Our own system, with every processor named.
Our own CRM
Your inquiry goes into our own customer relationship system — software we built and operate ourselves, not a third-party marketing platform. The records are stored on database infrastructure provided by Supabase, our storage provider. The people who can read your inquiry are the people who would call you back.
Cloudflare — hosting
Cloudflare hosts and delivers this site, and processes the request data described above in order to do it. It secures the site against attacks and bots. It does not receive the contents of your inquiry for any advertising purpose.
Meta pixel — not yet active
If we begin running paid advertising, this site will add Meta’s pixel for advertising measurement — counting which ads led to which inquiries. As of the effective date above, it is not installed and not active, and this policy will be updated before it ever is.
No analytics that sell data
The site sets no analytics or advertising cookies today, and we will not use any analytics product whose business model is selling or sharing what it observes about you.
What we never do, and how to be removed
Your data is not the product here.
We do not sell your information
Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to a “partner”, and not in an anonymized or aggregated form either. What you send us is used to answer your inquiry and for nothing else.
How long we keep it
We keep an inquiry record while the conversation it belongs to is live, and afterwards so we know not to contact someone who already told us no. We do not keep it to build mailing lists — this site sends no newsletter.
How to have it deleted
Email hello@lumina-business-advisory.com with the phone number or email address we used, or use the do-not-contact page. You do not have to explain why, and you do not need to have been a client. Contact stops within one business day; the record itself is deleted within thirty days.
